I was thinking today about who and what inspires me. It's becoming harder and harder to remain inspired without a job, but it's not impossible. So, I looked at the shelves in my home office to get a picture of what I find (or used to find) inspiring and I came up with a short list:Jill Barnett - writing amazing books, finding the courage to move forward after both the loss of a loved one and changes to the writing process and for being so open with fans.
Debbie Macomber - for just everything. If she can do it, I can do at least some of it.
April - yes, I admire you! You are doing a wonderful job raising Little Miss and I admire your ability to put things in perspective. It's a gift!
My husband - I admire him for putting up with me,
Dave Ramsey - Financial peace guru who I admire for his integrity and his vision
Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson - Authors of Why Work Sucks and How to Fix It. I admire them for starting a revolution in the 9-5 world and for getting the word out that work shouldn't be measured by the time you spend in the office but by the work you produce.
So, these are just a few people who currently inspire me. Who inspires you?
