I know you all have moved on, but I hope this will bring you back to where you started and into a renewed and buzzing BB. There will be all kinds of things to do on the site...places to go, visiting book settings and the characters on the old, classic books--like Richard, April-- and along with news about the the new upcoming books (No 1 is two weeks from being finished) and the reissues and the sequels to Bewitching and Dreaming. There will links from other sites and I expect this to be loads of fun. You will get blogs routinely each week and there will be some contests and game playing opportunities with awards, like gift cards and free books. Happy holidays! I've pulled out all your books and plan to reread at least one a month because I need a little Jill in my life. That and it gives me something to do while I find a new job - I was laid off in November. The site will be absolutely amazing. There will be a lot of activity, places to go from page to page. You will relive and hear from old characters, some timed as the old books are reissued but right away you will get introductions to the new, upcoming characters and books. Have you been looking or are you waiting for the new year? This is such a difficult time for our nation and for so many close to us. I feel lucky to be able to write my books and still tell my stories. With the new year I wish for you a wonderful new place to work, where you are happy and feel safe. I wasn't happy at my job and was pursuing a change. It would have been nice if I had been able to find the change before getting laid off. *sigh* I'm looking and have been networking over the last couple of months and have some job leads. One is something I would like to do, another is something I would do to bring in some money but I wouldn't last very long. So I'm trying to weigh my options and determine what is a good fit and what will meet our financial needs. I've been writing more, which is nice. I love writing. Well, I love telling stories. The act of getting them on paper and of plotting can be struggles for me, but I'm trying different things and experimenting to see what will work. I also do some life coaching and have looked for ways to expand that. My perfect world? I would be able to life coach and write and get paid enough for both to live well.
